Angela is the Chief Executive Officer of Universitas. She is a lawyer and privacy advocate. In 2013, she graduated cum laude in English Literature from the University of the Philippines. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the UP College of Law. On her senior year, she wrote a thesis entitled “Remember Me Not: Configuring the Right to be Forgotten Amidst the Philippine Landscape of Privacy.” She now works in the National Privacy Commission as Chief of Staff of the Deputy Commissioner for Data Processing Systems.  Among other functions, she drafts and proposes amendments to policies and procedures relating to the increase of compliance and enforcement efforts of the Commission. During her free time, she enjoys pastry baking, oil painting on canvass and travelling. 




Morize is the Chief Operating Officer of Universitas. He has previously worked as executive assistant of Charis Foundation, and became the project manager of its Make-A-Child-Smile (MACS) activity. A legal management graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, he commenced a Juris Doctor degree at the De La Salle University, Bonifacio Global City.  Shelving his pursuit for his law degree in the meantime, he worked as an assistant manager for employee support at Deutsche Bank Philippines, after helping out in his family’s logistics business.  He has actively attended various international summer programs in Spain at the IESE Business School, United States at the Elm Institute, Slovakia at the Kolegium Antona Neuwirtha and Canada at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, where he obtained his MBA in 2020.



Dardecs is the Chief Finance Officer of Universitas and sits in the foundation’s Board of Trustees as its Corporate Treasurer. He studied Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas, and passed the CPA board exam in the same year of his graduation. He previously worked as a tax associate at the Manabat SanAgustin & Co., CPAs, an affiliate of KPMG International, and as a tax analyst at IBM Philippines, Inc. An avid mountain hiker, he heads Klub Lolek, an informal group of friends who meet once a month to explore the natural beauty of the Philippines. He finished his law degree at the University of Santo Tomas in 2018 and was admitted to the Bar in 2019.




Jubert is the Chief Media Officer of the Universitas. He has had over 20 years experience on solutions design and delivery in different capacities, over a decade of which involved direct/indirect management of technology projects in the banking and finance industry in the Philippines, Asia Pacific and other parts of the globe focusing mostly on the last mile technologies serving the un-banked. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management (Double Major) at the University of the Philippines. He has a Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of St. La Salle, and has completed the Executive Education program of The Wharton School. He is excited about things that help make the world a better place to live in.



Neil is the Chief Legal Officer of Universitas. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the  University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2018 and was admitted to the Bar in 2019. He now works in a law firm in Ortigas and focuses on litigation and money-laundering cases. He was an inducted member of the University of Santo Tomas Mountaineering Club where he served as its President in 2013.
