MA. ZARINA SAN JOSE
Zarina is a photography enthusiast whose other hobbies revolve around literature, travel, and social work. These so-called “passions” have brought her on numerous adventures including a three-day immersion work in a farming community in northern Philippines, a leadership conference on the mountains of Indonesia, and a hike up the Swiss Alps. Zarina has dedicated her time after college working for non-profits in the area of youth development. She spends the remainder of her free time doing volunteer work for various initiatives in the same area. She graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Journalism, and plans to take up further studies in the field of development studies in the near future. She is currently the Academic Program Coordinator of a foundation doing poverty alleviation work in Payatas, Quezon City.
